Petitioner is apprehensive regarding the act and action of the private respondents as it has been alleged that the private respondents are obstructing the petitioner from cultivating his own land. Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that series of cases pending against the private respondent. However, the Investigating Officer of the case of Hingalganj PS Case No. 162/2025 received a compromise petition which was preferred before the learned ACJM, Basirhat. There has been change of circumstances according to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

In view of the changed circumstances, the police authorities would refrain from taking any harsher steps against any of the parties but would oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15118 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report submitted be kept with the record. A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
