The petitioner submits that the private respondent no.4 is trying to encroach upon his property and not allowing him to cultivate his land.

Learned advocate for the respondent no.4, on the other hand, claims to be the owner of the property and further submits that the petitioner has lost before the Suit Court as well as in

the Appeal Court, but, inspite of the same, the present writ petition has been preferred for the purposes of grabbing his property.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits a report which reflects that the police authorities have kept a strict vigil.

Since the civil court has passed necessary Judgment in connection with the dispute, until and unless the civil court passes specific directions upon the police authorities, they would only restrict themselves to the extent that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15122 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be

handed over to both the parties.
