The order passed way back in July, 2017 is yet to be implemented by the Corporation.

The Corporation is directed to implement the order dated 10th July, 2017 in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks provided the said order is not set aside/stayed/modified/varied by any Court of competent jurisdiction.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
