Petitioner is aggrieved by the act and action of Tapati Sur and Somjeet Sur who are bent upon for installation of tower at the roof and are also refusing to grant free access at the roof for cleaning the water tank. To that effect, petitioner made several representations from the year 2020 to 2023 with the Officer-in-charge, Beliaghata Police Station, but till date no action has been taken.

As none appears on behalf of the State Ms.

Barnali Gupta, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to represent the same. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having considered that the last of the representation which was made with Beliaghata Police Station is on 21.06.2023 and more than one and a half years have passed since then, I grant

liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation in case the same inconvenience persists as on date. With the aforesaid observations WPA 15158 of 2023 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
