Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner was in a consensual relationship and he has been falsely implicated.

Learned counsel appearing for the de facto complainant submits that before the learned Sessions Judge, at the time of hearing of the anticipatory bail application, the victim girl has expressed her no objection towards granting of bail.

Considering the statement of the de facto complainant recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure which corroborates with a statement recorded under Section 164 of Code of Criminal Procedure and supported medical evidence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
