For the Petitioner The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of complaint case being A.C. 237 of 2024 pending before the learned 5th Judicial Magistrate, Alipur, South 24 Parganas. The complaint was filed only on 24th January, 2024 and process appears to have been issued against the accused. Since the complaint was initiated only in January this year, this Court is of the view that the application for expeditious disposal of the complaint case is premature.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 2514 of 2024 is dismissed.

However, the petitioner is at liberty to file similar application for expeditious disposal of the case in future, if situation so arises.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities. (Suvra Ghosh, J.)
