The appeal was earlier dismissed on 12th July, 2018 for default. Further more, it appears that in spite of the order of the Registrar Administration (L & OM) dated 11th November, 2019, no step was taken to deposit the necessary requisites.

In view thereof, the appeal stands dismissed for non-removal of defects as well as for nonappearance of the appellant. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
