Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court as recently as on 18th March, 2025.

Learned counsel for the State submits that date has been fixed for examination of the accused under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

There being no change in circumstances of the case after rejection of the bail prayer earlier, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.
