Learned Counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation (PIL) with liberty to file a properly constituted PIL.

Accordingly, the PIL is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.

In view of dismissal of the PIL, the connected application being IA No: CAN/1/2025 stands disposed of.
