The learned advocate representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants has filed an application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old NO. CAN 11185 of 2019) seeking leave of this Court to accept the vakalatnama of Mrs. Sampa Mistri, learned advocate to represent the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants so that the dispute regarding the filing of vakalatnama can be resolved and the claimants can withdraw the awarded sum.

The Department is directed to accept the vakalatnama of Mrs. Sampa Mistri, to represent the respondent Nos.1 to 3/claimants.

The Learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta is directed to disburse the compensation awarded vide order dated 31st July, 2019 passed by this Court to the present appellants/claimants in equal proportion as mentioned in the award passed by the learned Judge, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, cum Additional District Judge, 18th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in M.A.C. Case

No. 5 of 2014 on proof of proper identification of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3/claimants subject to payment of ad valorem Court's fees.

The application being CAN 1 of 2019 (Old No. CAN 11185 of 2019) is disposed of.
