In the preface of the order dated 4th July, 2024, the court of learned District and Sessions Judge, Chinsurah, Hooghly shall be replaced by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah, Hooghly.

Accordingly, in the cause title and in paragraph no.2 of the order dated 4th July, 2024, the expression "learned District and Sessions Judge, Chinsurah, Hooghly" should now be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chinsurah, Hooghly". 3.

Leave is given to correct the description of the court mentioned in the cause title in the course of the day. 4.

The application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed. 5.

This order should be treated to be a part of the order dated 4th July, 2024.
