Records reflect that there was no interim order since 2010. In view of the time period which has elapsed, I direct that in case the proceeding are pending before the learned Magistrate, the petitioners would be at liberty to agitate the points canvassed in the revisional application at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. With the aforesaid directions, CRR 2460 of 2009 is disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
