It is the submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner that, though the husband/opposite party no. 2 appeared in the execution proceeding at the initial stage, and made some payments, till date, an arrear of Rs.1,22,000/- is due, and payable by the husband/opposite party no.

to the petitioner/wife.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Magistrate in the Court below to expedite the execution proceeding and if necessary, learned Magistrate in the Court below shall issue a distress warrant against the husband/opposite party no. 2 to ensure the realization of unpaid arrears.

The revisional application being CRR 2038 of 2021, is disposed of.

Since the husband/opposite party no. 2 will not be prejudiced by this order, it is passed without serving any notice to him.
