Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submitted that he do not intend to press the revisional application and be allowed to withdraw the same. This revisional application was heard out on merits on number of occasions and reports were also called from the Investigating Agency. The state was directed to submit a report. The report reflects regarding the complicity of the present petitioner and thereafter the petitioner decided to withdraw the proceedings knowing fully about the fate of the present revisional application.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2. Having regard to the prayers so advanced, the revisional application being CRR 2039 of 2021 is dismissed as not pressed.

The learned trial court is directed to frame charge within a period of 60 days from the date of the communication of this order. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
