Petitioner seeks cancallation of anticipatory bail granted by an order dated June 16, 2022 in CRM (A) 2366 of 2022. The State and private opposite party are represented. It appears that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the opposite parties in respect of the immovable property involved in the document concerned.

The petitioner is unable to prove any post bail misconduct on the part of the private opposite parties.

In such circumstances, we are unable to cancel the anticipatory bail granted on June 16, 2022.
