The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited to effect connection within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order, upon holding an inspection in the presence of the petitioner and other interested parties, subject to compliance of all formalities other than the payment of quotation money which has already been done.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
