Affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record.

Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that there is an accusation against the private respondent no.4 for being a foreign national. To that effect, information was furnished with the police authorities.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that certain primary documents were produced by the private respondent no.4. However, so far as some of the documents are concerned regarding the national I.D. Card, the same has been sent to the Deputy High Commissioner of the People's Republic of Bangladesh for verification and the report is still awaited. On the other hand, learned for the private respondent no.4 submits that the information which

were furnished enclosing the document which has been enclosed along with the writ petition do not reveal that the document is a genuine document and Respondent no.4 questions the authenticity regarding the materials in possession of the present petitioner. Be that as it may, since the police authorities are enquiring and have sent to the appropriate authority for assessing the correctness of the information, police authorities would after receiving the same take a decision whether to continue the enquiry or to proceed further.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15212 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
