The present revision is filed praying for quashing of the proceedings of Special T.R Case No.184 of 2017 arising out of Domjur P.S Case No.1033 of 2017 under Section 376(2)(i) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, pending before the learned Judge, Special Court under the POCSO Act cum Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court at Howrah. Mr. Bitasok Banerjee, learned advocate present in court today is appointed to represent the State. His appointment be regularised by the appropriate authority.

As none appears for the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial in accordance with law. Learned counsel for the State to inform the status of this case to the concerned authority.
