By filing this revisional application, the petitioner prayed for quashing of the proceeding and all orders passed in G.R. Case No. 1629 of 2021 arising out of Amta Police Station Case No. 186 of 2021 dated 18.07.2021 under Sections 420/406/506 of the Indian Penal Code now pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah. Even on earlier occasion, no one represented the petitioner and no accommodation has been sought for. The case is pending since 2021.

In view of the above, this Court seems that the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 2041 of 2021 is dismissed for default.

Consequently, the connected application, if any, thus disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let the order be communicated to the Ld. Court below for information and taking necessary action.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
