Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that considering the tenure of detention and the fact that the police submitted charge-sheet, bail may be granted to the petitioner.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are unable to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.
