1. In the order dated December 09, 2024, we had recorded that on two occasions the parties were unrepresented. Accordingly, a last chance was given to the appellants to move the matter.

2. Even today, at the time of call, both the parties remain unrepresented.

3. Accordingly, FMA 858 of 2024 along with CAN 1 of 2024 are dismissed for default without any order as to costs.

4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
