Petitioner has assailed order dated 14.06.2024 whereby learned Judge has granted anticipatory bail to the opposite party No.2 and 3, the parents-in-law.

Learned Advocate contends opposite party Nos.2 and 3 misused their liberty and held out threats. However, documents annexed to the petition do not specifically refer to any role played by opposite party Nos.2 and 3 i.e. the in-laws in holding out threats to the petitioner.

Hence, we do not find any reason to cancel the order granting bail to them.

Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
