1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the victim. The husband and the mother-in-law are the main accused who are in custody. In the instant case, the victim could not be found.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the statement of the father of the victim and other statements available in the case diary. In this case, the dead body of the victim was found beside the house of the in-laws.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
