The said revisional application has been preferred against an order of warrant dated 27.06.2019 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly, in connection with Balagarh P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 dated 02.06.2019 under Sections 379/411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 21(1) of the Mines and Minerals Act, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 672 of 2019.

It is submitted by the learned Advocate-on-record that the accused was arrested and subsequently enlarged on bail. Accordingly, it is submitted that the revisional application has now become infructuous.

In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the present status of the case, the revisional application is disposed of as infructuous. All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
