The State of West Bengal The present criminal revision of the year 2019 has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing and disposal of the proceeding/trial in connection with S.T No.6(4)2018 corresponding to S.C No.176 of 2017 arising out of Noapara Police Station Case No.391 of 2016 dated 22.11.2016 under Section 306/34 of the IPC pending before Additional District Judge, Fast Track 4th Court at Barrackpore, 24 Parganas.

Considering nature of the prayer of the present revision, the revisional application is disposed of directing the Additional District Judge, Fast Track 4th Court at Barrackpore, 24 Parganas to dispose of the proceeding being S.T No.6(4)2018 corresponding to S.C No.176 of 2017 as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order (in case said case has already not been disposed of).
