The revision is against quashing of proceedings being Complaint Case No.80042 of 2018 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 4th Court at Kolkata under Sections 25/27 of The Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. As none appears for the petitioners in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
