Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the deceased died at the parental home. The petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. He submits that the petitioner took away money, which the deceased earned, to his own account. He opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.

Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident and the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 6588 of 2021, is rejected.
