It appears that in my order dated 16.11.2022, in the cause-title of the case, it has been inadvertently typed therein as "Amit Ali Mal vs. Samira Shaik @ Pinki & anr." instead of "Amir Ali Mal vs. Samira Shaik alias Pinki & anr.". The same shall be corrected and read as "Amir Ali Mal vs. Samira Shaik alias Pinki & anr.".

The mistake is thus rectified. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

Office is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the said order.
