Learned counsel appearing for the State submits a report and from the report it can be seen that the police has registered a complaint as complaint Haripal Police Station Case No.403/2024 dated 10.07.2024. Heard the parties at length.

The Investigation authority is requested to expedite the process of investigation and file appropriate charge-sheet/final report.

With the above observation the application being WPA 16189 of 2024 is disposed of.
