The matter has appeared in the list under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of the learned advocate representing the petitioner. 2.

It has been submitted that one very vital fact has been missed out in the order dated 26th June, 2025. The petitioner refers to page 48 of the writ petition to show that the period of contract in respect of the multi purpose trolley stood reduced and the same is contrary to the Railway Board's Circular.

The following paragraph will be read after paragraph 5 of the order dated 26th June, 2025: "At the time of consideration of the case of the petitioner, the Authority shall take into consideration the issue of reduction of the contractual period for the multi purpose trolleys along with the issue of the dies non period."

4. The remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered.

5. Let this order be read along with the order dated 26th June, 2025.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
