Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have taken possession of all the rooms in the subject premises save and except one room for which key was not provided. 2.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the private respondents submits, upon instructions that, all keys have been handed over.

3. As the private respondents deny having the key of the 11th room, accordingly, it will be open for the petitioners to break up the padlock and take possession of the said room.

4. The writ petition and the connected application stand disposed of.
