Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. The petitioner is in custody for over 811 days. The police submitted charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and considering the materials in the case diary, we are unable to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.
