The petitioner submits that she and her family are unable to return to the residence.

Shasan Police Station submits that the petitioner was repeatedly requested to come to the Police Station for assistance but in vain.

In those circumstances, the petitioner and her family members can approach Shasan Police Station for assistance to return to their residence. Shasan Police Station shall ensure that the petitioner is able to reside at the locality peacefully and there is no breach of peace in the area.

For the aforesaid purpose, the petitioner and her family members may visit the Shasan Police Station on Wednesday i.e. on 23rd November, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. and due assistance shall be rendered, as stated hereinabove, by the police to the petitioner. Admittedly, charge-sheet has been filed against

the petitioner being C.S. No. 159 of 2021 dated 30.06.20221 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner claims to have challenged the charge-sheet under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
