Report as called for by the order dated April 19, 2022 filed in Court be taken on record.

Report dated April 25, 2022 states that the police filed a final report as civil in nature on April 25, 2022 before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta. In view of the stand taken by the police with regard to the complaint and in view of the compliance by the petitioners of all the conditions of bail, we deem it appropriate to relax the condition of the bail requiring the petitioners to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders.

All other conditions of the bail will remain the same. Accordingly, the prayer for relaxation of the condition of bail is

hereby allowed.

CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of accordingly.
