Mr. Karmakar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there has been undue delay caused for fixing schedule of case management hearing.

Mr. Rajesh Upadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the opposite party submits that the case management hearing has not yet taken place.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

The only issue thus raised being relatable to hearing of case management hearing, allegedly not taken place, the revisional application be disposed of directing the court below to ensure expeditious

completion of case management hearing, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, subject to suitability and convenience of the court below, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, unless it is extremely unavoidable. Parties are directed to make communication of this order to the court below.
