The affidavit-of-service as filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated August 19, 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ application for default.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner the matter was listed on August 19, 2025 as "To Be Mentioned" but when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner due to some personal difficulty could not appear before this Court.

Accordingly, the matter was dismissed for default. 4.

Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court finds that the petitioner has shown sufficient cause for nonappearance of the petitioner on August 19, 2025 when the matter was called.

Accordingly, the order dated August 19, 2025 is recalled. WPA 15926 of 2025 is restored in its original file.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
