In those circumstances, M.A.T. No. 1194 of 2023 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.

In view of dismissal of the appeal itself, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2023 shall stand dismissed.

Interim order, if any, shall also stand vacated. 5.

There will be no order as to costs.
