Mr. Bidyut Kr. Halder, Mr. Indranil Halder .....for the petitioner Mr. Suddhadev Adak ...for the State The writ petitioner is aggrieved by slow investigation into the Charu Market Police Station Case No. 104 dated August 6, 2021 under Sections 419/420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the State submits that the investigation has progressed substantially and a portion of about Rs. 92,265/- from the total amount that was stolen has been recovered from the accused.

This Court directs the Charu Market Police Station to complete investigation within a period of one month from date.

The petitioner would be entitled to apply under Chapter-34 of the Cr. P.C., 1973 for return of the stolen money.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
