Considering the long period of abscontion of the petitioner in respect of a police case of March 26, 2019 and considering the fact that there is an order of issuance of proclamation as against the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 3419 of 2022 is dismissed.
