1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner filed this revisional application being aggrieved by the order and judgment dated 23.02.2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Serampore, Hooghly in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 03 of 2015 under Section 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, whereby the judgment and order of conviction dated 13.06.2007 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Searampore in connection with CR Case No. 90 of 2006 was affirmed.

2. At this stage, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed one order of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate passed on 05.02.2019 in connection with CR Case No. 90 of 2006 whereby the case was disposed of on settlement between the parties. The copy of the order be kept with the record.

3. Accordingly, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

4. Given facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application stands dismissed being infructuous.

5. Connected application, if there be any, also stands dismissed.

6. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
