1. Sufficient grounds are available to explain the absence of the petitioner and/or his Counsel on 31st August, 2022 before a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

2. The said order is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its file and number.

3. Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.

4. There will be, however, no order as to costs. Re: W.P.A. No. 15560 of 2022

1. Supplementary affidavit filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. In the writ petition the petitioner has averred that the Officer-in-charge, Bhatar Police Station has threatened the petitioner from entering into a piece of land of which he is a Bargadar.

3. There is admittedly a civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents with regard to the possession and cultivation of the land in question.

4. The petitioner may approach an appropriate civil or statutory forum in this regard.

5. Bhatar Police Station shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents.

6. Bhatar Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. The petitioner shall communicate this order to the Bhatar Police Station and the private respondents. 10.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
