Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in May, 2022.

We have considered the materials on record including statement of eye witnesses recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. implicating the petitioner in the murder.

In view of the gravity of the offence and as his bail prayer was rejected in may, 2022 and there is no change in circumstances since then, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected at this stage.
