The matter has been brought to the list for correction of typographical error in the order dated February 5, 2025. In the fourth line of the second paragraph of the first page of the said order, the words '(Western Region)' be deleted and be replaced with the words '(Northern Region)'. Other portion(s) of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to carry out the corrections in the said order dated February 5, 2025 accordingly; similar corrections be also carried out in the certified copies of the said order, if already supplied to the parties, upon production of the same.

Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
