1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C and the opinion of the Doctor and having regard to the fact that the victim was suffering from severe trauma and admitted for almost twelve days and the victim had named the petitioner, as one of the perpetrators in the alleged offence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
