1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner complains that the private respondent nos. 10 and 11 have threatened her against contesting in the forthcoming Panchayat Election.

3. The petitioner also complains that two of her former associates have been wrongfully detained by the Police.

4. The private respondent nos. 8 and 9 are also stated to have threatened the petitioner.

5. Counsel for the private respondent nos. 8 and 9 submits that they were former associates of the petitioner and have refused to campaign for her in the forthcoming Panchayat Election.

6. Counsel for the State submits that the respondent nos. 10 and 11 visited the petitioner's house only to

inform her about two of her associates who were detained by the Police for being in a drunken and disorderly condition. After sometime they were released.

7. This Court does not find any allegations against the Police substantiated as of now. However, the Sankrail Police Station or State Police shall not take any coercive measures against the petitioner and her supporters until 15th July, 2023 in respect of any FIR that may be registered.

8. The petitioner herself and her associates will assure this Court that they will conduct themselves in accordance with law.

9. In the event the petitioner apprehends any threat to herself or husband, they may approach to the local Police Station by way of an application and the Police may take steps in accordance with law. 10.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
