A photostat copy of the death certificate claiming to be the death of the petitioner has been presented by the learned advocate appearing for the respondent nos.8 and 9. Let the same be kept with the record.

Learned advocate for the State is present.

Having considered that the document which has been placed by the learned advocate, I am of the opinion that the writ petition has become infrucutous with the death of the petitioner. However, if any affected party is aggrieved in respect of the selfsame subject matter, it would be the liberty of the said individual to approach this Court.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16190 of 2024 is dismissed as infructuous.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
