Siddiqui, Advocate Mr. Supratim Dhar, Advocate ......for the State The instant writ-petition has been taken out at the behest of the applicant before the Tribunal seeking an order for expeditious disposal of the tribunal application being OA 3175 of 2012.

It is really unfortunate that the tribunal application which was filed before a decade, has not reached to its logical end as yet. It further appears from an order dated 25.02. 2022, the said tribunal application is ready for final disposal and the next date is fixed on 16.11.2022 for hearing.

The Tribunal is directed to take up the matter on the said date so fixed and endeavour shall be shown to dispose of the proceeding within two weeks therefrom. In order to adhere the time limit indicated hereinabove, the Tribunal, if necessary, shall fix the date on day-to-day basis. Both the Counsel appearing for the respective parties have assured us that they would cooperate with the Bench of the Tribunal in proceeding with the said case and shall not take unnecessary adjournments.

With these directions, WPLRT 94 of 2022 is disposed of.
