The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation which was made on or about 22.04.2025 before the police authorities did not yield any result as no steps were taken.
State has submitted a report which reflects that a matrimonial dispute and discord is existing between the husband and the present petitioner for which proceedings are pending before the learned ADJ, 15th Court, Alipore. A family feud is existing. However, the police authorities have already taken steps by drawing up proceeding under Section 126 BNSS for ensuring maintenance of peace and tranquillity.
Learned advocate for the private respondent nos. 5 and 6 is present.
Having regard to the nature of the accusation, petitioner is directed to approach the jurisdictional court for statutory relief.
No interference is called for by this court since the civil court is already in seisin of the nature of the dispute.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15178 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
