Banerjee) Mr. Balai Lal Sahoo Mr. Amit Bikram Mahata ...for the petitioner It has been pointed out that in the order dated July 17, 2025, in the second paragraph, it has been wrongly recorded as 'Ejectment Suit No. 9 of 2024' instead of 'Ejectment Appeal No. 9 of 2024'.

The designation of the learned judge of the first appellate court has also been wrongly mentioned as 'learned Additional District Judge, 15th Court, Alipore' instead of 'learned Additional District Judge, 15th Court I.C., Alipore'.

In the second page of the said order, instead of 'Title Execution Case No. 4 of 2024', it shall be recorded as 'Ejectment Execution Case No. 4 of 2024'. Let the aforesaid errors be rectified and let this order form part of the order dated July 17, 2025. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
