The revision has been has been preferred against an order dated 19.05.2025 passed by the learned Session Judge, Howrah in connection with the Criminal Revision Case No. 22 of 2025, arising out of Complaint Case No. 132 of 2019. 2.

Vide the order under challenge the learned Sessions Judge has directed as follows.

"The impugned order dated 14.01.2025 is set aside. Learned Magistrate is to consider the application under Section 143A of the N.I. Act afresh in accordance with law after giving the parties an opportunity of being heard and without being influenced by any observation of this Court." 3.

On hearing the learned counsels for the petitioner and considering the materials on record including the order under challenge this Court finds no irregularity in the said order. 4.

The revisional application is accordingly dismissed and the petitioner is directed to act as per the order of the learned Sessions Judge dated 19.05.2025.
